2/3 cup plus 1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp brown sugar or brown coconut sugar
5 tbsp stevia
2 tbsp of Peanut Butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp vegetable or coconut oil
3-5 tbsp of Almond Milk, or put in as much as it needs.
Mix together and put into little balls on a cookie sheet.
Makes six cookies. Bake for 14 minutes at 380 degrees
